New DQC platform updates improve visibility, comparison, and monitoring
The latest DQC platform updates expand the tools researchers use to evaluate traffic, compare suppliers, and monitor device behavior.
Expanded real-time quality insights
Quality Tools now display past-month industry averages for device failures when the IP toggle is on, providing a clear benchmark against broader traffic patterns. Device failures can also be viewed over time across or within projects to support trend analysis and early detection of shifts in traffic quality. The Fraud Map has added subdivision-level geography to surface localized anomalies and emerging issues more clearly.
Updated My Suppliers page enables clearer comparison
The redesigned My Suppliers page supports side-by-side comparison across up to three metrics. The update also includes an audience filter for segment-specific analysis. A new pie chart grouping option displays traffic distribution by supplier, making it easier to see which suppliers contribute most to the mix.
Line and bubble charts now support zooming
Both line and bubble charts include zoom controls for examining smaller differences and detailed patterns within the data.
Project filters now use in-field dates
Project filters reference the actual in-field dates for each project, providing a more accurate representation of activity during fieldwork.
These updates strengthen the visibility and diagnostic tools in the platform. If you want to walk through any of the new features or see how they apply to your projects, the DQC team is available for demos and questions.
